Suggested Prompts

Prompts must be buttons, not text. They should be context-aware — broad on a general search page, specific on a property listing — and updated after every bot response.

Opening prompts — homepage context

Broad categories to orient a first-time user.

Follow-up prompts — after a response

Narrowed suggestions that continue the current intent.

Listing-page prompts — contextual

When the AI knows what the user is viewing, prompts become highly specific to that property.

Prompt chips — do's and don'ts

Do — specific, action-oriented, scannable

Don't — vague, repeated, or text-only

Try asking: "Can you help me find a property?"
"Tell me more" repeated after every response
A wall of 12 identical prompts with no hierarchy
