ADRES serves seven distinct user types across Abu Dhabi’s real estate ecosystem. Each arrives with different goals, emotional states, and workflow expectations. Design decisions — especially in shared surfaces like dashboards, notifications, and document flows — must account for this breadth.

Dashboard-first. Occupancy, upcoming payments, and required approvals visible immediately. Reduce steps for routine actions.
Tenant / Resident
Seeking stability and transparency

Context
Renting a residential unit, often long-term. Anxious about renewal deadlines, unacknowledged requests, and unclear payment status. Needs reassurance at every step.
Design note
Explicit progress states and confirmations with reference numbers. Never leave a request or payment without immediate acknowledgement.

Pipeline-driven, compliance-bound

Context
Licensed UAE broker managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Deadline-sensitive and motivated by commission. Frustrated by process delays and fragmented document workflows.
Design note
Pipeline visibility above all. Approval status, pending actions, and expiring agreements must surface without digging. Bulk operations for experienced users.
Investor
Return-focused, risk-aware

Context
Holds one or more properties as investment assets. May be UAE-resident or international. Analytical and financially focused — expects accuracy, clarity, and a premium experience commensurate with asset value.
Design note
Data-dense dashboards with accurate financials. Document access always prominent. Bilingual and internationally accessible. No ambiguity in numbers or dates.
Property Manager
Operational ownership at scale
Coordinate maintenance requests across a large portfolio
Track service charge collection and flag arrears
Manage tenancy renewals and unit handovers
Context
Manages multiple units on behalf of owners. High task volume, often under time pressure. Frustrated by fragmented workflows and the need to switch between systems for routine operations.
Design note
List and task views with bulk actions. Prioritised alert surfaces. Minimise steps for repetitive operations. Efficiency over onboarding friction.

Scale without complexity

Context
Manages large residential or commercial portfolios. Often an Aldar enterprise client or developer partner. Focused on operational efficiency and system-level reliability. Low tolerance for UI friction.

Advanced reporting, data export, and API tooling. Minimal onboarding UI for power users. System-reliability messaging over feature promotion.
Government / Compliance Professional
Accuracy over speed

Context
Abu Dhabi government employee or regulator managing official real estate workflows. Accuracy and full audit trails are non-negotiable. No tolerance for ambiguity in legal or regulatory copy.
Design note
Formal register throughout. Every action produces a reference number and timestamp. No conversational tone in compliance or document-submission workflows.

In property, confusion costs real money. Every screen has one primary action. Secondary actions yield. Tertiary actions wait to be discovered.
Warmth with purpose
The Rausch coral is an invitation, not decoration. Brand colour used with restraint earns its impact. Used everywhere, it becomes noise.
Speed is respect
A search that loads slowly is a broken promise. Performance budgets are design decisions. We ship fast interfaces, not fast-looking ones.
Consistency earns confidence
A buyer navigating their fifth listing should feel the same predictable certainty as their first. Patterns repeated across the platform become muscle memory.
